It’s great to be alive and here

A month ago today, I feel about 40’ on to a concrete floor. By the grace of God and abundant prayers, I am alive today and expected to recover fully.

Seeing casey for the first time in almost two years on Saturday was the highlight of my weekend. I also got to introduce her to California Tortilla!

Shame I was “crippled and [casey] had to feed [me] chicken.”

Our friendship started on a bright spring day in 2008. We met on the metro in Virgina. I was coming back from the Grand Opening of the Apple Store in Fair Oaks, she was on the way to a Paramore concert. Somehow we stayed in touch for over two year using every medium of technology imaginable; texting, email, IM, facebook, skype, flickr, and most of all tumblr; something she really got me into.

Boy Scout Injured After Falling 40 Feet
